Brian,
I noticed that if you do not actually have the .raw files on your computer, and you press the "Use Results" button on the Edit Ion Mobility Library dialog, instead of getting an error message, you just get a LongWaitDlg which never makes any progress.
It's not a big deal since you can easily cancel out of this dialog.
