Hello,

I'm trying to use BLIBtoMS2.exe converter to convert one of Skyline generated DDA based spectral libraries, using the following command:

BlibToMS2.exe -m 4 -i 2 -v all my_DDAexpt.blib

However I'm getting a lot of error messages regarding skipping spectrum while the conversion ( file enclosed).

Eventually the MS2 format file was made though.


Can somebody explain why I'm getting these errors and how to get rid of it?

Might be more of a support question, but maybe you can have a look, Matt.

Usually when a post comes out more of a question than a detailed proof of a bug in the software, we would prefer to see it first on the support board, rather than the issues list.

The excessive warning spam should be fixed in the next Skyline-daily. Issue can be closed (not sure why it won't let me do it).
