Hello, the problem is that Acetyl 2H(3) K modification disappears on heavy en medium peptides, when i want to create a library from MSMS .txt
I only need the document peptides (pyroglu starting)

The experiment is triple silac Label:13C(6) (C-term R) and Label:13C(6) 15N(4) (C-term R) AND all lysines are modified with fixed modification of acetyl 2H3 (K), also cysteines are modified fixed carbamidomethyl on cystein

What do you advise me to do , in order to be able to get the correct library? I already made sure the names of the fixed modifications match the modification.xml from maxquant....
Do you want me to send the skyline file?

This was done in the daily version (downloaded y me this week)

Kind regards,
Evy

Hi Evy, could you attach/upload the .sky file and msms.txt? Thanks.
