I ran into an exception while going through the existing DIA tutorial. An attempt to import raw files failed with UnknownException in ProteoWizard code. The problem is that audit log recorded that operation and it did not have any indication that in fact it did not happen because the it failed. I think it should either rollback the entry for the failed operation or at least indicate that it failed (by adding a appropriate message to the entry maybe).
Not sure if this is by design, but it does not look like a correct behavior to me.

Is this still an issue? If so, maybe you can figure out a fix or assign it to Nick.
