Title»IndexOutOfRangeException switching spectrum type between MS1 and MS/MS in DDA mode file

Type»Defect
Area»Skyline
Priority»2
Milestone»4.2
Open a DDA mode file (i.e. Transition Settings - Full-Scan, MS/MS acquisition = DDA)
Show a chromatogram graph
Turn off spit-graph mode
Click on a MS1 point to bring up the full-scan graph
Choose MS/MS from the scan type dropdown list

BUG: You get an IndexOutOfRangeException because the spectrum index arrays are no longer the same length.

This was fixed in Master on 11/27/2018.
I don't think it's necessary to fix this in 4.2 branch, since all reports we've seen have been in Skyline-Daily. The potential for hitting this exception has been there for years, but it seems like only Skyline-Daily users are the ones that try to do this.
