Title»Skyline-daily loosing peak integrations

Hello,

I noticed what appears as if Skyline-daily is "loosing integrations" or by itself selecting "Remove Peak" for some peaks that were previously automatically integrated peaks.

I'm using Skyline-daily 3.7.1.11571.
I'm using a newly created MRM file, with 6 peptides and 9 precursors, with only heavy-peptides selected.
I have imported one results file from an unscheduled analysis on a Waters Xevo TQ, of a mix of these 6 heavy peptides (90 transitions).
Peaks were correctly and automatically integrated as expected after the import. "Integrate All" is selected and most peptide peaks give a good strong signal.
However, after saving and re-opening the file 6 of the 9 precursors appear to loose the integration, i.e. no peak is selected in the chromatogram (see attached screen shots in PowerPoint).
If I choose the function Refine/Reintegrate, all peaks are correctly integrated once again, but after saving and re-opening the file the same 6 of the 9 precursors are not integrated.

I have attached the Skyline-daily file.

Thank you for your help.

Dominik

This bug will be fixed in the next update of Skyline-Daily.
(The fix did not make it into the Skyline-Daily that was released today. It will be in the next Skyline-Daily after that, which will probably be in about a week).
Skyline thought that something had changed about the libraries (nothing had changed-- that was a bug) and then Skyline was trying to reintegrate peaks before the chromatograms had been loaded, and this resulted in the peak being lost.
I have fixed this.
