Title»MS1 chromatograms in scheduled PRM data should get limited to times of matching MS/MS scans

Priority»2
Milestone»4.1
Chromatogram extraction should limit the time range of all MS1 chromatograms to the range of all MS/MS chromatograms. Right now, we are extending all chromatograms to match the longest chromatogram, which means that PRM data imported with MS1 scans using all matching spectra will have MS1 chromatograms over the entire gradient and the MS/MS chromatograms will be extended to match.

This is a waste of space and causes peak picking problems.

This was fixed last year (see "ChromDataSet.TruncateMs1ForScheduledMs2").
