As we discussed it would be great to see the following changes to multi-peptide graphs:
1. In the RT graph Right-click > Value > not All would change from a bar graph to a point and line graph like the peak area multi-peptide graph
2. The selected peptide in the RT graph should be z ordered at the top. Sometimes I can't see the red bar in a replicate when I have a selection
3. Split graph should continue to work for multi-peptide peak area and chromatogram graphs showing the summed values for precursors above the summed values for product ions, the same as the single peptide graphs. Now, if you have both precursors and product ions, you just get the sums of both.
