Title»Include Replicate Name as column in exported chromatograms

I have been using the Sciex QTRAP 6500+, which allows multiple replicates (injections) to be acquired under the same file name. This can lead to a problem as File --> Export --> Chromatograms includes only File Name, which results in all of the data having the same File Name and no distinguishing Replicate Name. Currently it is possible to manually add a Replicate Name column afterwards knowing the order of replicates within Skyline as well as the number of total transitions, but this is not an ideal approach. Consequently it would be nice to add Replicate Name as a column of this tsv.

Thank you and great software,
Derek Croote

Nick recently made it possible in Skyline-daily to export chromatograms from Edit > Export > Report, which should make it possible to include any field available in reports with your chromatograms. This is our long-term solution to this issue to avoid having to keep adding columns to Edit > Export > Chromatograms as people request them.
