The ETH course is using the administrator installation. Skyline seems to be associated with .sky files. I see the correct document icon, and when I right-click and choose Open With..., Windows suggests Skyline, but when I double-click on a .sky file, nothing really happens.

Matt, can you have a look at this? Not sure it still applies, but if it does, maybe you know more about how to implement this in .msi files than we do.
