Title»Can Skyline Support Waters UNIFI data format .UEP file

Hi Brandan:

I try to load Waters Vion data file generated by UNIFI software(.UEP) using Skyline. But it seems that it cannot read the file.

We cannot convert .UEP to MassLynx (.raw) or other format.

Is skyline going to support .UEP file soon?

Thanks,

Xiaobin

So far we have never heard of the .UEP file format. Our understanding was that UNIFI only supported network access. We don't have a reader DLL from Waters to support this file format yet. Which means, in the short-term, we do not support it. We'll need to investigate further with our Waters contacts (now owned by Brian Pratt). In the meantime we are already working with them on supporting the UNIFI network access and being able to produce mzML format files from it.
