We recently got a support request from someone confused about why they only got chromatograms for their iRT peptides when they imported a results file. I explained that this was because the iRT regression had not met the minimum bar, but it would be an improvement if the user had been able to understand this without having to have it explained through email.

Maybe a bit of a duplicate with the other issue I just assigned you. You worked on making the import iRT failure case clearer, right?

I added a warning message to ChromCacheBuilder.cs on 11/9/2017. The initial implementation had some bugs in it which would prevent the message from actually being seen.
I think the warning message has been working properly since 5/24/2019.
