Title»Add errors and warnings for documents where Full-Scan settings do not match Filter ion types

It has been pointed out that it is very confusing to set up Full-Scan settings for MS1 filtering, but forget to change the filtered ion type to precursors. At present Skyline just soldiers on extracting no chromatograms (except TIC and BPC). We should probably both warn at Transition Settings OK.

The Full-Scan tab specifies only MS1 filter settings. Would you like change the filtered ions to precursors only?

And also error when extracting from spectral data where the Full-Scan settings are MS1 only and there are no precursor fragments in the document.

Brian fixed this with auto-changes to Ion Types adding "p" when appropriate.
