Hi Brendan
Just quickly, with the latest Skyline-daily release suddenly the colored summary chromatograms disappeared (attachment with colored summary).
And one more thing I noticed that changed with this release:
'View -> Arrange Graphs -> Tiled' worked beautiful to arrange imported data until now.
With this release the chromatograms are scrambled with results grid, retention times, peak areas.

PS.: I am so happy that you extended Skyline to small molecule work. When I started in 2009 with peptide MRM skyline saved my life and now that I work in small molecules ... again :)
