Brian, you have implemented support for explicitly setting RT, CE and DT for small molecules. We need also to make this work for peptides. I just got a request for this at the NEU course. Proteomics researches definitely want this feature, we had just never worked through the details of how it should work. Now we have, and it work for small molecules. We should do the extra work to enable this for peptides.

Fixed in commit 8768, insofar as these can now be set in the Document Grid, though not yet supported in the Insert Transition List dialog for peptides.

I've opened an issue for that, #429 "Extend the Insert Transition List dialog to be as flexible for peptides as it is for small molecules"
