Apparently, Skyline is guessing very poorly when faced with AQUA/SILAC labeling:

Dynamic Modification: Label:13C(6)15N(4) / +10.008 Da (R)
Dynamic Modification: Label:13C(6)15N(2) / +8.014 Da (K)

We should fix this to guess these modifications and not what is currently guessed.
