Title»Small molecules: Insert Transition list doesn't construct the tree properly
Assigned To»bspratt
Type»Defect
Area»Skyline
Priority»3
Milestone»3.1
It wasn't properly grouping transitions under their common precursor, leading to this feedback: "I don't see a way to merge transitions for a common precursor in the "Insert custom molecule" interface (Edit - Insert - Transition List - Custom Molecule). Transitions entered will populate as separate and independent entities in the viewer and it doesn't appear to be possible to merge them after the fact. It is possible to specify multiple transitions for a precursor by right-clicking on the precursor and choosing "Add transition". "
