Title»Group by peak area graphs should not stack when showing all transitions
Assigned To»Nick Shulman
Type»Defect
Area»Skyline
Priority»3
Milestone»2.6
Currently, Skyline stacks the values for all transitions in the peak area graphs when showing CV values. This leads to some confusion, since it makes it look like the CVs for a selected peptide is much higher than it actually is. The sum of the transition CVs is not equal to the total peptide CV. This was distressing to one user, who thought Skyline must be calculating CV incorrectly, since she knew the peptide CVs were not 25%, but that was what it looked like Skyline was showing. When I changed the view to show the total, rather than all transitions, CVs dropped to exactly what she was expecting.

When showing CVs, the peak area graph should use side-by-side columns, not stacked.
