We need the Language tab added to v2.5 before we can release a v2.5 patch with Japanese and Chinese translations. In case someone with a Japanese or Chinese system wants to continue using Skyline in English, that needs to be possible without forcing them to change their system language setting.
This is currently blocking me giving our localizers a final version of our .resx files.
