If a user chooses to export a method to a full-scan type instrument, when the settings indicate only MS1 filtering, then the exported method should be for an inclusion list type method (i.e. AIMS), with MS1 scans used for chromatogram extraction.

Also, when the settings indicate both MS/MS and MS1, we should add a MS1 scan to a targeted MS/MS method.
