Hi Brendan,

I am using skyline-daily (64-bit) 2.4.9.5625 and I just imported two DDA files from AB Sciex 5600. There is some wired peak splitting going on in both files (see attachment).

P.S.: Peak splitting in terms of drawing the boundaries of the peak for quantification.

Resolved: this peak picking issue occurs when a machine file is imported and both the MS1 filtering (Count) is on as well as the MS/MS filtering (SWATH). If the MS/MS filtering is set to "None", then the precursors peak boundaries are correctly annotated.
