Jim Bollinger just requested that we implement a stacked bars for All Transitions in the Peak Areas > Peptide Comparison graph. Currently when you show all transitions, we always show the bars side-by-side to allow for showing error bars and normalizing light to heavy. Jim would like to see the transition bars stacked like in the Replicate Comparison graph.
