Due to Agilent QqQ data baseline anomalies, an investigator working with these instruments has requested the ability to set the chromatogram graph baseline (or Min intensity) value:

This should be relatively easy to support in the Chromatogram Graph Properties form (right-click > Properties in chromatogram plot).
