Title»Add ability to annotate replicates

It is becoming clear that many scenarios would be enabled by simply having the ability to add custom annotations to replicates. The user interface for this could be:

1. Add a "Annotate..." button to the Manage Results form.
2. Add a right-click "Annotate..." menu item to the chromatogram graph tab (i.e. right-click on the replicate name tab)

Then just present a for like the one we present for the Edit > Edit Note menu item. Also "Replicate" would be added to the "Applies to" list in the "Define Annotation" form. This would probably also be simplest, if we make the ChromatogramSet class derive from DocNode. Actually, I intend to eventually make ChromatogramSet a DocNodeParent, with MSDataFileInfos list becoming its children. I have already made ChromFileInfo derive from DocNode in preparation for this.

This really would enable a lot of cases that I am seeing external tools developers working on for integration with Skyline.

As we discussed, the annotations need to show up in reports. The replicate annotation field names should show up under "Results" in the Edit Report form.
