It has been a long time since I recorded an instructional video for Skyline. Adding one that gives an overview of all the functionality added for working with full-scan mass spec data would probably help a lot of people getting started working with this type of data, as opposed to SRM. There seem to be a lot, and more and more they are likely to be people who have never done SRM with Skyline. We need to streamline the path to getting these people functioning effectively with Skyline for full-scan only analysis.
