One of the main things we use the vendor software for still is to look at the MS1 base peak plot as a first pass look at the data. Currently we still need to open RAW files in a tool to visualize the MS1 base peak plot in addition to Skyline. Also, including the capability to look at both the TIC as well as the base peak would be helpful.
