Currently, we only export DIA methods for the Q Exactive, but in the implementation we only allow a single injection/method. In order to cover wider ranges of m/z or to use smaller isolation windows, it may be necessary to split the measurement up over multiple injections. e.g. 200 to 1400 in 20 m/z windows would require 60 scans. With a 100ms scan time, that would mean a 6 second cycle time, which is probably too long for accurate quantitative measurement. Instead, an investigator might choose to spread this over two injections, with 30 scans per cycle each.

Skyline already supports using multiple raw files to cover a single replicate. So, all that is needed is to support exporting multiple DIA methods to cover the windows specified in the isolation scheme.

This should be handled by allowing the user to choose the Multiple methods option, and then change the label above the textMaxTransitions text box to show "Max scans per cycle:".
