When I Edit > insert > proteins and then copy and paste a protein sequence from Pubmed I get the following error message: Invalid protein sequence: A protein sequence may not contain the character ' ' at 0.
Skyline doesn't like the blank space which occurs every 10 amino acids when you copy and paste sequences from a Pubmed search I guess??? I guess my method of copy and pasting protein sequences from Pubmed is pretty common. Would it be possible to make Skyline ignore the blank spaces and mabye the numbers which occur
thanks
Ben
