Birgit pointed out that the PeakRank field in the reports and the [#] indicator in the Peptides View do not match up well with the IsotopeDistRank and Library Rank in reports, and the (rank #) and (irank #) indicators in the Peptides View.

We should fix this. Maybe PrecursorPeakRank and FragmentPeakRank in reports and [i#] in the Peptides View.
