Skyline v1.2.0.3303

This issue is low priority and doesn't seem to affect functionality. It seems to be new (I don't remember it from earlier versions of Skyline).

When browsing a spectral library from the GPM, some peptides will be listed multiple times (sometimes >10 - it's very obvious). They will all be associated with exactly the same spectrum. Perhaps peptides from multiple proteins are being unintentionally displayed multiple times.

Indeed you are correct. In the process of adding fast-load library caching for these libraries, the duplicate key check got lost. Strange that these libraries have so much duplication. The fix will be in the next v1.2 patch release.

This has been fixed, and will be in the next v1.2 patch release, after 1.2.0.3425.

Thanks for reporting it.
