Hi Brendan,

I tried to open targeted MS/MS data acquired on Q-Exactive in Skyline. Skyline could not open the raw data. This data was acquired using Xcalibur 2.2 in a targeted MS/MS mode. Do I need Xcalibur 2.2 in order to open the file?

Please post this request to the support board. The short answer is that v1.1 does not support QExactive data, but v1.2 which should be released soon does.
