Hello,
 
I was going through the issue list of Skyline and found that the Issue 110 matches my concern.
 
While going through it I found that there is a way or a tutorial available to build the spectral library which the Skyline can recognise from the mascot result(Using Proteome Discoverer 1.3) .
 
I request you to please provide me with the guideline for how it works or the link to that tutorial.
