Olga Schubert at ETH Zurich has indicated that it would be desirable to support exporting retention time information associated with a spectral library spectrum in a Skyline report. This could be either:

1. Retention time of the chosen spectrum in the BiblioSpec library
2. Average retention time for all identified spectra for the peptide, though this can have issues with outlier spectra appearing during the final wash.

I suppose even the entire RT range of all identified spectra could be interesting, and also the source file in which the chosen spectrum appeared, since this request comes from seeing the retention times displayed in the Spectral Library Explorer.

No time to do this immediately, but it is worth some thought, and may be worth doing along with work he have planned for retention time alignment in the next feature cycle.

Nick, seems like this should be relatively straightforward now that you have all the retention times in memory, right?
