Right now skyline only could output method with one period for ABsciex machine. Is it possible to support multiple periods?
Because of this, I have to split the method into two, one for loading (which has no voltage and spray to avoid salt), the other for analysis.
I know this may be useless or even bad for the scheduled experiment. However, the two-methods-configuration now for our instrument is boring and too many valve switching steps.

Fixed in revision 3195. Transitions are added to the last period in the template method.
