Hi Brendan,
We are working on the Study 9 project and are in the process of making annotations to any questionable transitions. We had finished one of our files and we were getting ready to send it off when we discovered that all the annotations were missing and all the transitions went green. I think we had 3 or 4 that were showing red due to weak signal. We saved the file repeatedly while adding the annotations, so I'm not sure what we did wrong. I know we marked some of the peaks "do not use". Does it just ignore these now and not show these annotations? That doesn't explain why annotations other annotaions are gone for peaks that we wanted to use. Can't figure out what happened. Thanks for the help.
