Jeppe suggests that he would prefer to have the y-axis intensity scale and labeling follow more strict scientific notation, so that the axis label progresses more smoothly as intensity changes (10^3, 10^4, 10^5, 10^6). Now only 10^3 and 10^6 are used.

This one is a little more complicated and requires actually editing the graphing code, but it would be a nice improvement. I just met with someone here in Switzerland who was confused looking at our current graphs because the numbers on the y-axis can be different widths (e.g. 1.0 to 10 to 100), and that can cause a horizontal shift of the graph depending on the widths of the numbers. With strict scientific notation the number widths could remain constant.
