CoA std 1-5 = synthetic CoA mixture of known concentration for a calibration curve
13C CoA std 1-3 = mixture of 13C CoAs extracted from cells grown on 13C Substrate. Concentration is not known. One standard sample is measured 3 times and themean of the areas is set as 100 %
WT1 t4 = wild type (WT) and Producer (CH15) strain in duplicates at different time Points (4, 8, 12, 24 h)
