Webinar #27: Peak Boundary Imputation for DIA Data

In our third webinar of 2025, over 153 participants joined Michael MacCoss (Principal Investigator) and Nick Shulman (Skyline Developer) on December 11 as they presented the newest tutorial in Skyline, Peak Boundary Imputation for DIA Data.

Mike presented a case for imputing boundaries for missing DIA data, and Nick provided the technique using Skyline to demonstrate the process.

The webinar concluded with a great Q&A session which generated a number of great questions and will lead to more discussion in a future webinar.

Dear Skyline Users,

Join us for an all-new Skyline Tutorial Webinar on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 8:00 am (Pacific Time). This free webinar will explore new features in Skyline for imputing peak integration boundaries for missing peaks. This ensures all peak areas in your statistics are derived from the actual mass spec signal present in your data.
