Somebody gave us an updated version of Quasar a while ago, which you can find at the bottom of the following support request:

I am not sure about AvantGardeDIA. I believe that support board is still being monitored by the original developer, so if you ask your question there, it is likely to be answered:

I am not sure exactly what Quasar does, but a lot of calibration curve-related features have been added to Skyline in the years since Quasar was created. You can learn about calibration curves in Skyline in the Absolute Quantification tutorial:

I believe AvantGardeDIA is a tool for figuring out which transitions are noisy and removing them from the Skyline document. We hope to have some features in Skyline that do similar things in the future, but that will probably be 3-6 months from now.

I believe the only thing which is not working for AvantGardeDIA is installing the tool using the "Tools > Tool Store" menu item in Skyline.
If you go to the Skyline website and download the AvantGardeDIA zip file, you can install it in Skyline using the menu item "Tools > External Tools" and then pressing the "Add > From File" button.

That is, go to the AvantGardeDIA external tool page:

and click the "Download AvantGardeDIA" button to save a .zip file.

Then, in Skyline use the "Tools > External Tools" and then "Add > From File" button and point Skyline at the .zip file you just downloaded.

The Tool Store not working for AvantGardeDIA problem in Skyline will be fixed in an upcoming release of Skyline-Daily.
