Synchronize integration nate  2021-11-18 17:04

First off, thank you for the amazing piece of software. Synchronize integration is very useful in my workflows.

A bug to report, I believe. Wanted to post here first.

When the document contains files with only one of positive/negative polarity scans but files of both polarities there is an error. See attached. Things seem to work fine when only one polarity of files is selected in the Synchronize Integration dialogue.

Thank you for reporting this error.

I believe this error happens if you are using the Synchronized Integration feature and your Replicates have more than one Result File.
This will be fixed in the next update of Skyline-Daily.

It's conceivable that this is a slightly different variant of the bug. It might be a good idea for you to send us your Skyline document so that we can make sure that the bug will be fixed for you.

In Skyline you can use the menu item:
File > Share
to create a .zip file containing your Skyline document and supporting files including extracted chromatograms.

If that .zip file is less than 50MB you can attach it to this support request. Otherwise, you can upload it here:
https://skyline.ms/files.url

Pushing the "Report" button on that Unexpected Error dialog is also a great way to report errors to us. If you include your email address when reporting an error that way you will typically get an email from me either telling you that we will be fixing the bug soon or asking you for more information.
