Skyline and QTRA6500-CE and DP optimization method export qin fu  2020-08-19 19:25
 

Dear Skyline team,
when I tried to export CE or DP optimization method using QTRAP6500 setting, I have encountered the error messages, enclosed here. My guess is the choice of the instrument in the transition setting, I must have gotten some details wrong in the setting. What did I do wrong?

Hi Qin Fu,
This is fine, it is only due to the naming. The warning will show if your CE/DP do not start with the first word of the instrument name.
In this case the instrument name is "SCIEX QTRAP", so if you prefix your CE/DP equations with the word "SCIEX" the warning will go away.
e.g.:
"6500QTRAP" --> "SCIEX 6500QTRAP"
"QTRAP6500" --> "SCIEX QTRAP6500"
