Hi!

I wanted to do MS1 Full-Scan Filtering tutorial posted here: https://skyline.ms/wiki/home/software/Skyline/page.view?name=tutorial_ms1_filtering. Unfortunatly after doing the very first step (adding two *.group.xml files), Import Peptide Search window just disapears, I'm using Skyline daily (right now: 4.2.1.19135, 64-bit). Would you know what I am suppose to do, to make that tutorial work?

Hi Jakub,
That sounds extremely strange. I doubt we will be able to reproduce this without more information because our automated tests run through the tutorial steps many, many times on 10+ computers in any given 24 hour period.

Maybe you could send some screenshots of what you are seeing, or we may have to use a screen sharing meeting for us to see and poke around a bit to understand what is so special about your installation.

Thank you for the quick response! You may find screenshots here., The very similar problem occures with the Targeted MS/MS (PRM).
