Hi, Chia-Lin,

Which version of Skyline are you using, and is it the 32 bit or the 64 bit version?

I thought that there might be a problem if the directory name contains chinese characters, although it works on computer even if I have a directory name like that. (That may because I am running Windows 10, and I think you have an earlier version of Windows).
Have you tried moving that .raw file into a folder whose name only contains English characters? For instance, if you name the file "D:\sop\test.raw"?

When you are seeing that error message, is there a button that says "More Info"? If there is, can you push it, and give us the rest of the info.

Hi, Nick

The version is the 32 bit. I changed the file name as you described. But it failed. I will attach the More infor and wish it helpful. Thanks for your kind help!

Which version of Skyline are you using? You can tell which version of Skyline you have with the menu item:
Help > About

I know I already told you that the 32 bit version of Skyline 4.2 cannot read raw files at all, but I think you mentioned that you installed one of the earlier "unplugged" versions.

Can you send us that file "P180454_AAH1.raw"?
You can upload that raw file here:
