Dear Skyline Team,

When I want to install the Skyline, an error always appear.
"Unable to retrieve application files. Files corrupt in deployment." This error always appear. So I reinstall the system, but an other error appear.
Details like this: An error occured trying to download "https://skyline.gs.washington.edu/software/Skyline-release-64_4_2/Skyline.application".
So I download the application from the web. Thus it can download Skyline, but the same error appear again. "Unable to retrieve application files. Files corrupt in deployment."

I do not know what is going wrong.
There might be some useful information in that log file.
In that second error message, I believe if you press the "details" button it will bring up Notepad.exe showing you a log file. If you send us that text, we might be able to figure out what is going wrong.

In the past, errors like this have been caused by firewalls not allowing the files through that they are supposed to.

You might have better luck if you use the "Unplugged" installer. You can download that from here:
