I do not know what is going wrong.
There might be some useful information in that log file.
In that second error message, I believe if you press the "details" button it will bring up Notepad.exe showing you a log file. If you send us that text, we might be able to figure out what is going wrong.
In the past, errors like this have been caused by firewalls not allowing the files through that they are supposed to.
