Hello,
I imported a small molecule transition list and imported 1 run from QTOF5600. It showed chromatogram information unavailable.
I tested the Tutorial Files , it works well.
Thank you!

Can you send us your files?

In Skyline, you can use the menu item:
File > Share > (complete)
to create a .zip file and supporting files, including extracted chromatograms.

You can upload that .zip file here:
https://skyline.ms/files.url

You should send us that .zip file as well as one of your .wiff files, and the .wiff.scan that goes along with it.

My guess is that this has something to do with your settings in:
Settings > Transition Settings > Full Scan
but it will be easier for us to figure out what is going wrong when we see your files.

I uploaded the VD3.ZIP file. Precursor m/z 401.6,Product m/z 383.3308,Thank you.

I see that the .zip file that you uploaded contains your wiff file.

I also need to see your Skyline document in order to know what is going wrong.

In Skyline, you can use the menu item:
File > Share > (complete)
to create a .zip file containing your Skyline document and supporting files, including whatever chromatograms Skyline extracted.

You can attach that .zip file to this support request.

I can see that your .wiff file does contain targeted ms/ms scans for the precursor 401.6, but without the Skyline document, I cannot say what is going wrong.

hello, Nick, have you found the reason?

Whenever you add molecules to your Skyline document, you have to tell Skyline to extract the chromatograms again.

You do this by going to:
Edit > Manage Results
and then press the "Reimport" button.

It looks like you extracted chromatograms in Skyline before you added the 401.6/383.3308 transition.

Nickļ¼ŒThank you very much. According to your method, the problem has been solved.
