I tried to install v3.7.0.11317 over my v3.7 and now the program will not start. Could you help? I have attached the error log with this message.

Hi Nikki,
That is unfortunate. This looks like a fairly low-level system error. So, if you haven't tried restarting the computer, you might try that first.

Otherwise, you are best off following the instructions for dealing with a broken installation:

Even if you end up needing to uninstall and reinstall, this will take you through what you can do to preserve your settings across that reinstallation.

Deleting 2.0 folder in Apps folder resolved the issue. Thank you so much!
