Hi,

How does SProCoP decide which runs to use to calculate threshold values
e.g. If I select 3 (and I have load 20 files) how does it select which three to use as a calculator?

Thanks,

Brian

Operating System - Windows 8
Skyline Version - 2.5.0.5675
SProCoP Version - 1.0

Hi Brian -

SProCoP will take the first n files that are arranged in Skyline. So if you input n=3 then the first three runs will be used to calculate the thresholds. If you want, you could rearrange the runs so the n runs you want to use for the thresholds occur at the beginning of the file. Right now SProCoP is still experiment specific.

Thanks
Michael
