Error message. cmhende  2014-07-10 16:45

I keep getting the same error message when I attempt to execute SProCoP from the Tools menu. I cannot seem to figure out what I am doing wrong. Could you possibly point me in the right direction? The error message is below.
Error in : figure margins too large
1>Calls: tryCatch ... tryCatchList -> parse.cmdline -> plot -> plot.default ->
1>Execution halted

Thank you very much for your help!

Operating system: Windows 7 (32-bit)
Skyline version: Skyline-daily 2.5.16347
SProCop version: 1.0

Hi Clark -

I would try to delete the number of peptides you are monitoring. If there are more than 15 typically R cannot render all of those plots on one screen and will throw this error "Figure margins too large" We are going to fix this bug in the next version. It was really envisioned only to monitor a handful of peptides distributed across the gradient. But we'll fix it.

 If this is not the case then please email me the file and Ill take a look
