Biogen is looking to grow its Clinical LC-MS biomarker capabilities. Currently looking for an individual with strong LC-MS skills, in particular with the Orbitrap line. We use QE+, QE HFX, Exploris 480, Fusion. We mainly work with nanoLC, including Dionex RSLC, EasySpray and more recently the Evosep One platform. We primarily do targeted measurements (PRM).
Of course we are strong supporters of Skyline (everyone should be). This role is for a technical expert, ideally with experience doing immunoenrichments (manual with dynabeads or using Agilent Bravo) prior to LC-MS.
