Job Summary:

Vividion Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to help support the operation of our cutting-edge proteomics platforms. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with mass spectrometry and HPLC instrumentation and, will be responsible for operation and routine maintenance of several Orbitrap based instruments. As a member of our dynamic proteomics team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to utilize quantitative mass spectrometry to support our target-discovery and lead-optimization efforts. As such, this individual will directly contribute to the ongoing development of our pipeline.

Experience and education requirements:

• BS with 4+ years or MS with 2+ years of experience in mass spectrometry
• Extensive experience operating and maintaining a mass spectrometer.
• Familiarity with common proteomics acquisition and analysis techniques like PRM, SRM, DIA, SILAC, etc. is desirable.
• Experience with quantitative analysis of mass spectrometry data is a plus.
• Outstanding problem-solving, organization and time management skills.
• Be an effective team player and strong individual contributor, self-driven, flexible, pragmatic, and able to handle multiple tasks and deliver high quality results under tight timelines.
